Pricing
Hero
Nobody local publishes prices. We publish the structure now, and the numbers when they are decided.
Kept in Spanish for the final site: “¿Cuánto cuesta aparecer en ChatGPT?”
The honest answer: it depends on three knobs, and you will know which ones apply to you, and what they cost, before any work starts. The same math applies to every client.
Sub-line: Quote by scope. Price agreed before the first prompt is sent.
How cost works
Three knobs: questions x models x repetitions.
- Small end: a directional sample. Tens of prompts, fewer models, fewer repetitions. Enough to know where you stand.
- Deep end: around 100 prompts, four or more models, five repetitions. Enough to support bigger decisions.
- Illustrative configuration, not a standard: 60 questions x 3 assistants x 3 repetitions = 540 responses read.
Every response gets read and coded by a person. That reading is the expensive part of a study, and it scales with the knobs. This is why we quote by scope instead of selling one flat package: a flat price would mean padding some studies and starving others.
The scope is agreed with you in the levantamiento (the kickoff research), and the price is fixed before the first prompt is sent.
The ladder
1. Estudio: the AI visibility study. One-time. [PRECIO POR DEFINIR]
Scope: one levantamiento session, a prompt bank built from your category and frozen with your approval, the run across models with repetitions, every response read and coded, and the full deliverable set:
- The frozen prompt bank, documented, yours to keep
- Every response saved and readable
- The four rates with their denominators: mentioned, recommended, named as the best, with a purchase path
- Your share of category mentions, against the competitor set including who the models treat as your rivals
- The cited source list, deduplicated, ordered by who can actually move it, with owners
- A working session to turn the numbers into a prioritized to-do list
2. Monitoreo: visibility monitoring. Recurring. [PRECIO POR DEFINIR]
Scope: periodic re-runs of the same frozen bank, comparable trend reporting across runs, deeper re-runs at longer intervals, and alerts when your visibility drops, when a specific critique repeats across assistants, or when a competitor enters or leaves the answer set. Cadence agreed per client. [PRECIO POR DEFINIR] until the pricing decision lands.
3. Partners: for agencies. [PRECIO MAYORISTA POR DEFINIR]
Scope: wholesale runs you resell at your price, white-label reports under your name, and prompt bank commissions as the light entry point. No tooling to build, and the same no-guarantee guardrails bind partners in front of their clients. Full modes: /partners/.
The prompt bank is also sold on its own, with no run attached: [PRECIO POR DEFINIR], see the prompt bank page.
What drives the price up and down
Up:
- A bigger bank. Most banks land between 50 and 100 questions; more questions, more cost.
- More models and more repetitions. Each addition multiplies the responses that must be read.
- Optional counters: sentiment, alerts, retailers named as purchase channels, approved-claim tracking, subbrand attribution.
- Analysis depth: cuts by layer, segment or model type.
Down:
- Directional sizing: fewer prompts, models or repetitions, accepted as a trade.
- Re-runs of an existing frozen bank: no bank construction cost.
- Fewer optional counters, added later when a number earns its keep.
We will tell you which knob to turn down before you pay for it, and what the trade costs in precision.
Questions
Why not a flat price?
Because banks differ. Cost scales with questions x models x repetitions, and a bank built for a category decision is not the same as one built for a quick check. A flat price would either pad your invoice or shrink your study. We quote the scope instead, and the scope is what you approve.
What currency do you charge in?
[COMPLETAR: currency decision pending, USD or MXN]
What does the first engagement usually look like?
A scope conversation, then the levantamiento, then a written quote you approve before anything runs. The study produces the baseline and the action list. The monitoring decision comes after, once you know whether the trend is worth tracking. Nobody is pushed into a retainer at the starting line.
Start with the decision, not the package
The right price depends on the decision the study needs to inform. Bring that decision to the conversation and you will leave with the scope and the number, before any work starts.
